How do I order a memory keepsake item?


The first step is to download an order form.

This has all of the fine details such as prices, different animals and quilt size options.

You can receive an order form by email or post. 

Fill one of these out and return it along with your clothing items for your special keepsake to begin the creative process.

If you cant print then you can put the information on a piece of paper in the bag of clothes


I would like some extra details or personalisation on my item, how do I order this?


On the order form, there are options of each type of personalisation available for you to select and specify. The prices for each additional extra may vary. If there is something you would like to add that isn’t already on the form then get in contact and we will let you know if it is possible to put on your item.

How many items of clothing do I need?


Depending on the product you are ordering and the size of clothing you are using this may vary, here is a rough guide:

Memory animal or cushion: minimum 5 items of baby clothes, 2 or 3 adult clothes





What type of clothing can I use?


You can use any item of clothing, the results of the end product will vary slightly depending on the material that the item is made from. Cotton is best. Thin denim and leather may need to be used in small areas only. Any other material will usually be fine to use.

You can use tops, trousers, jumpers, skirts, shirts, dressing gowns, pajamers, baby gros, vests and more. If you are unsure about the items you have, just ask and we can let you know if it is suitable for use.

Where do I send the clothing to?


We are based in Eastbourne.

The address to send the clothing to is on the order form Or you can request the address by email or private message.



Can i drop clothing off in person?


Yes. If you are local to Eastbourne and are able to drop of items then we are happy to arrange drop off times. If you cannot get to us then we will be happy to come to you and pick up clothing if you are within the local area.

How and When will I receive my finished order?


The general processing time from delivering your clothes to receiving them is 1-2 months. If the waiting list is longer at the time of placing your order then you will be notified of the length of time your order will take to complete.

You will then receive your item by post (standard royal mail unless otherwise requested)

Alternatively if you are local then you can collect your order for free, you will just need to get in contact and arrange a pick up time.


How and when do I pay for my order?


When the product is finished and you are happy with it, you can pay by cash, paypal, bank transfer, cheque or text message. The details for each transaction will be provided upon request. we will only send your item to you  after the payment is complete.

Deposits are sometimes requested for large orders.
