Memory Animals and Keepsakes

 

Memory animals are made using clothing provided by you. This may be baby clothes, clothes which belong to someone you know, a wedding dress that you cannot bear to say goodbye to or any other cotton item which you hold close to your heart.

 

The idea behind this is that the animal becomes a keepsake that looks pleasing to the eye, something that can remind you of  where the material came from but without hiding it away in storage.

 

The animals you can choose from include:

Bear Sitting, Bear lying on tummy, Rabbit, Lamb, Dog, Elephant, Unicorn, Horse, Dinosaur and any others you may want can be made by request.

Cot sized- 10 items of clothes

Toddler bed size- 15 items of clothes

Single bed- 20 items of clothes

Double bed- 25 items of clothes

Cushions require 5 items of clothes

 

For an extra personal touch add: Names, Dates, Birth weights/times and initials.

To add more cuteness to your animal choose: A bow tie or a 3D flower.

Memory animals can be made using any item of clothing and any type of fabric. For the best results it is recommended that the chosen items are similar; not to mix stretchy and non-stretchy fabrics.Denim can be used on memory animals. But don't let this information stop you from choosing your favourite items of clothes. If you wish to mix cottons and denim for your memory animal you can. I will work with the fabrics I receive as best as I can to create the perfect keepsake for you. When you get in contact you will recieve information on where to send your clothes to. Once the clothing has been received, the waiting time for the completion of orders will vary. If the waiting time is more than 2 weeks at the time of ordering, you will be contacted.

Cushions

 

Personalised cushions made to order. Choose from previous designs or if you have something different in mind then you can order your bespoke cushion by contacting us via the contact page. 

 

Owl, cat and dog shaped cushions:

These cuddly critters come in lots of different colours and patterns. A maximum of 6 letter names to fit on the front in black or white felt. £9.50 each

 

Patchwork/Memory cushions:

Patchwork cushions are available to order with 100% cotton fabrics in any theme you require.

They are also availble to order as a patchwork memory cushion. Use clothing such as baby sleepsuits or other cotton items to create a beautiful keepsake! Starting from £10.00 each.

 

Hands Cushions:

Hand Shapes made with colourful fabrics of your choice, made using the outlines of hands belonging to you and you friends or family. Send drawings of hands and have them transformed into a beautiful cushion with names embroidered next to each one.

 

Personalised Fun cushions:

Order your cushion exactly how you want it. View some of the photos for examples of cushions previously made, or message us direct with your ideas. Normal size is 15x15inches prices from £9.50

 

Bunting

Lots of colours and patterns to chose from. You can order these plain or with wording on. These are popular for hanging in childrens rooms, Birthday parties, Weddings, and Chistmas decorations.

They are made with ribbon ties on each end for hanging.

Choose triangle shaped flags or letter shaped flags to spell out the perfect word/name.
